Disable Dell Wireless WLAN card utility
Click Start > Programs > Dell Wireless > Dell Wireless WLAN card utility On the Wireless Networks tab, uncheck the box "Let this tool manage your wireless networks" and click Apply
OR
Click on Start > Run and type in services.msc Right-click on the service called Dell Wireless WLAN Utility and click on Properties. For the Startup type select Disabled.

Connect using Dell WLAN card utility
Click Start > All programs > Dell Wireless > Dell wireless WLAN card utility
Click Add and select use wizard (basic network )
Select the network that you want to connect and click Next.
Type the network key in the Network key box and again in the Confirm network key box, and then click Next.
Click Connect .
